General process for court surfacing 1. Leveling: All cracks, humps, and high spots are mechanically ground down to achieve smooth surface. 2. Removal of loose material: When present any flaking or peeling paint will be removed prior to pressure washing. 3. Pressure washing: Entire surface will be cleaned using (3,500 PSI) pressure washers to remove all dirt, debris, and mildew. 4. Drainage: Courts are water flooded to check for low spots, then patched to improve water drainage. 5. Crack filling: When present, cracks are filled, and sanded. All cracks will re-appear at some point. Yearly maintenance will keep courts looking nice, and further deterioration from occurring. 6. Acrylic Resurfacer: 1 to 3 applications of acrylic Resurfacer is applied as needed to help level and fill depression in court surface. 7. Color Coats: 2 coats of fortified acrylic color are applied. 8. Striping: Tennis courts are accurately striped to U.S.T.A. specifications. Play courts and basketball courts are striped to owner specifications. 9. Accessories/Clean up: Net post are painted, nets are installed. Work area is cleaned up, and all waste is removed.
